To fulfill their function, cells:
consume food and
expel waste (*).
All the cells in our body are inside a liquid, the intercellular liquid, through which:
they receive food and
where they expel their waste.
By the normal functioning of the body:
This liquid loses some of its components, a loss that we must compensate for with our diet (for example, we lose the salt contained in sweat).
This liquid is filled with waste, which we must eliminate through the organs that are dedicated to it (intestine, kidneys). When these organs are not sufficient to expel waste, others are used, such as the skin, breathing, hair, nails,...
Therefore, it is important that this liquid moves so that food reaches the cells from the organs of absorption or storage, and so that the waste reaches the organs of expulsion. Therefore, in addition to eating, we must move all day.
By drinking sea water we replace that internal liquid with a new liquid.
The new liquid:
Has a complete composition: it does not lack any component that is lost with the normal functioning of the body (for example, salt).
It does not have any waste, it is perfectly clean.
Therefore all the cells in our body improve their functioning.
In particular, the organs dedicated to the expulsion of waste (intestines, kidneys) improve their functioning, so the waste only comes out through feces and urine and not through other places.
Therefore I believe that drinking sea water (and doing some exercise) improves the condition of hair and skin: because they no longer contain waste; and also, due to the better nutrition of the cells, they function better: healthier hair and skin cells grow.
Except in people who live without eating.

In Spain you can buy sea water at cheap price at any diet store and some supermarkets. Examples: this diet store, this pharmacy (at higher price), this supermarket. There is also an organic bakery making bread with sea water and sells it too. There are 5 companies bottling and selling sea water because there is a lot of people drinking sea water on a daily basis. If you at your country become a critical mass of people interested in sea water, companies offering it will arise. So, it's in your hands, sharing this information meeting your friends, by phone or social networks, to make the conditions where these companies will appear and make sea water even more available to all the people. |
