which may not hurt and whose x-rays appear normal, can cure diseases which, in principle, had nothing to do with them. Example of 3 spectacular cases cited in the book:
A patient who was going to be operated on to remove half of his stomach, who was cured after having the remains of dental roots removed.
A patient (J.N.), scheduled for a stomach resection*, was sent to us to have dental roots remains removed, in order to prevent pus and detritus from "infecting" the operation scars.
But when the wounds in the mouth healed, the worrying situation in the stomach also normalised, with no recurrence in an observation period of more than 15 years.
And he was going to be operated on!
* "Resection": a surgical intervention that consists of removing a part of an organ.
The one that saved an eye by removing two healthy root canals.
Ophthalmopathy ( keratitis):
Patient: Mrs. N.S. 35 years old, -Tordera (Barcelona).
Comment: In the various ophthalmopathies, one must first of all think of irritation fields in the trigeminal area (...) Here a compromise solution is not allowed, in other words, any devitalised tooth, even without presenting apical alterations (in the root), and until proven otherwise, must be considered as an irritation field, but in this case, no treatment was carried out as the patient had no direct dental symptoms. The concept that, according to the focus theory, there must always be an infection is not correct, a neural irritation field is sufficient.
In this case (fig. 173), there are two devitalised teeth, one with apical rarefaction, the other with distal lateral rarefaction and tissue retraction. It is not possible to determine whether there is root recession in these teeth, because there are also teeth with normal X-ray permeability. But in this case this is not important because the extraction was sufficient to produce a complete restoration. A pity about the crowns, but one eye is more valuable.
Another patient with vertigo (Menière's disease) who was cured by extracting wisdom teeth in a completely normal position:
Patient: J.M., 55 years old, lawyer (referred by Dr. Reventós). In this case we can say that the patient had been treated for 10 years without result. Due to his high economic position, he was treated in various European countries, i.e. everything possible was done for him. Result: zero. He could only go out accompanied (supported) by his wife or his driver. To this was added, quite understandably, a depressive psychosis. (...)
The dental X-rays showed only a few wisdom teeth set slightly back, but in a completely normal position, as we will see repeatedly in the course of this work (...). (...)
we recommended in writing that the stomatologist extract these teeth as a first step (...).
After a short period of time, his situation improved and he made a full recovery. But, to the joy of his family, this also brought about a significant change in his personality. The patient, or rather the former patient, showed interest in everything again, took up painting, and in the fourth year after his recovery he was able to organise an exhibition of paintings in Barcelona.

The patient was brought to us on a stretcher, because she could not walk due to her "primary polyarthritis" (according to diagnosis).
The examination of the teeth showed 32 teeth without caries (...) After the injection of 1 ml. of Implementol at this point, the patient jumped up from her seat and shouted: "Look daddy, I'm cured".

There are 5 companies bottling and selling sea water because there is a lot of people drinking sea water on a daily basis.
